When you make a reservation through RentiFlow, you are submitting an offer to reserve a room. Your reservation is subject to acceptance by the property owner or manager. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or cancel any reservation at our sole discretion.
Once your reservation is approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your booking, including the room, dates, price, and any applicable terms. It is your responsibility to review this information for accuracy.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your reservation. If false, inaccurate, or outdated information is discovered, RentiFlow reserves the right to refuse or cancel your reservation without refund.
Specific check-in and check-out times will be provided in your confirmation. Failure to check in on time may result in cancellation of your reservation. Extended checkout times may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) of booking qualify for a 50% down payment refund. The remaining 50% is non-refundable. After 48 hours, the entire down payment is non-refundable.
To cancel a pending reservation or one with payment under review, log into your RentiFlow account and use the reservation details page. You will receive an in-app notification. Eligible refunds are submitted for review.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Property owners or managers may cancel approved reservations only under exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the full booking amount will be refunded, and the tenant will be notified immediately.
RentiFlow accepts various payment methods including credit/debit cards and online banking transfers. All payments are processed securely through encrypted connections.
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account. By providing payment information, you authorize RentiFlow to charge your account for reservation fees and any applicable taxes or additional charges.
If you dispute a charge, you must notify RentiFlow within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate the dispute and work toward a resolution in accordance with applicable payment processor policies.
RentiFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if payment is not received by the agreed-upon date. Late payment fees may apply as specified in your rental agreement.
All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees may apply if you are paying from a foreign account.
All content on the RentiFlow Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of RentiFlow or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
By submitting property descriptions, reviews, photos, or any other content to RentiFlow, you grant RentiFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
You may not copy, distribute, transmit, or exploit any content from the Service without prior written consent from RentiFlow or the content owner. This includes, but is not limited to, property listings, room details, pricing information, and user reviews.
RentiFlow and its suppliers are not liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RentiFlow's Service, even if RentiFlow or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
In no event shall RentiFlow be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The materials on RentiFlow's Service are provided on an "as-is" basis. RentiFlow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
RentiFlow does not warrant that the materials or services will meet your requirements, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the Service will be corrected.
While we strive to verify property owners and managers, RentiFlow cannot guarantee the authenticity, legality, or legitimacy of listings. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making reservations.
RentiFlow is not responsible for the condition, amenities, cleanliness, or any discrepancies between listed descriptions and actual property conditions. Any disputes regarding property condition should be reported within 24 hours of check-in.
RentiFlow may revise these terms and conditions for the Service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms and conditions.
We will notify users of significant changes to these terms via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before pursuing legal action.
