Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Down Payment Refund

Cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) of booking qualify for a 50% down payment refund. The remaining 50% is non-refundable. After 48 hours, the entire down payment is non-refundable.

2-Day Cancellation Policy

Tenants/Boarders are allowed to cancel their reservation within 48 hours (2 days) from the time of booking.

  • If the cancellation is made within 2 days, 50% of the down payment will be refunded, while the remaining 50% will be non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is made beyond 2 days, the down payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Early Contract Termination

If the tenant terminates the contract early, the following conditions apply:

  • Tenant must provide written notice (e.g., 30 days prior or as stated in contract)
  • All payments made will not be refunded
  • The tenant remains liable for rent until the notice period expires or a replacement tenant is found

Landlord's Right to Terminate

The landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract if the tenant violates any policies. In such cases, corresponding penalties will be applied, which may include:

  • Forfeiture of security deposit
  • Additional penalty fees as specified in the rental contract
  • Legal action for damages or unpaid rent
